玻璃夹胶机主要分为平板玻璃夹胶机和平弯两用夹胶机
主要工作原理:
玻璃与PVB相叠在一起并进入加热区内,通过红外灯管加热,将玻璃表面温度加热到58-65℃(具体温度根据不同厂家不同材质决定),再通过辊压机的挤压,至此,实际上所有的气体已被挤压出来。玻璃表面朦胧透明状。

结构特点:
(1)加热区采用无缝钢管缠绕耐高温、耐磨损的钢化芳纶绳的输送轴(绳子可耐800℃高温);
(2)非加热区传送辊采用无缝钢管包胶的耐高温胶辊输送(胶辊可耐90℃);
(3)加热段段上盖和两侧采用100mm的隔热层,可以较大程度的减少的热量损失,减少能耗;
(4)加热段上有两个小离心扇,可以快速将加热段内的温度均布,达到更佳的效果;
(5)三段加热速度更快,成品率更高;
(6)辊压机上下大压辊使用独立电机运行,二者互相不干扰,大幅度提高玻璃的夹胶效果,尤其是LOW-E玻璃,提高产品的良品率和质量;
(7)辊压机的大压辊能正反转,经反复辊压,保证了玻璃的辊压质量;
(8)辊压机上、下大压辊间隙的调整采用旋转编码器调节,间隙调整精确,同步性好,该机构结构紧凑,维护,保养方便。
Glass Laminating Machine

Structural features:
(1) The heating area adopts the conveying shaft of seamless steel pipe winding tempered arylon rope with high temperature and wear resistance (rope can withstand high temperature of 800℃);
(2) The transfer roller in the non-heating area adopts the seamless steel tube coated with high temperature rubber roller conveying (the rubber roller can withstand 90℃);
(3) The heat insulation layer of 100mm is adopted on both sides and the upper cover of the heating section, which can minimize heat loss and reduce energy consumption;
(4) There are two small centrifugal fans on the heating section, which can quickly distribute the temperature in the heating section to achieve better results;
(5) The third stage heating speed is faster, the yield is higher;
(6) The large roller under the roller press is operated by an independent motor, and the two do not interfere with each other, greatly improving the laminated effect of glass, especially LOW-E glass, and improving the yield and quality of products;
(7) The large roll of the roller press can turn positive and negative, and the rolling quality of the glass is guaranteed after repeated rolling;
(8) The gap adjustment of the roller press and the lower large roll is adjusted by the rotary encoder. The gap adjustment is accurate and the synchronization is good. The structure of the mechanism is compact and easy to maintain.
